Strength: Hang Snatch

OT2 Min for 18 Minutes

First 3 Rounds 10 reps at 60% of 1 RM power snatch

Second 3 Rounds 5 reps at 65% of 1 RM power snatch

Third 3 Rounds 3 Reps at 70% of 1 RM power snatch

 

WOD

In 20 Minutes try and accumulate as many points as possible.

No particular rep scheme.  You must get at least 20 points of each exercise.

 

Slam Ball Get Up (50/40)(40/30)(30/25) – 5 points

Body Builder – 4 points

Rope Climb – 3 points

Push Up – 2 points

Ab Mat Sit Up – 1 point
