Front Squat (Beginner)

Back Squat (Advanced)

 

OTM

2 Push Ups (L3 – Ring Push Ups/L2 – Regular Push Ups/L1 – Bench Push Ups

 

Increase the push ups by 2 reps each minute.  When you fail to

reach the designated reps on the minute cash out with max reps

SU or DU in 5 minutes and 2 rope climbs.
