Workout 1
Partner Carry Up the Hill or Partner Sand Bag Carry (50/40) switch as needed

Workout 2
2 Rounds
10 Deadlifts
8 Hang Cleans
6 Front Squats
4 Shoulder to Overhead
2 Ground to Overhead
Switch after each exercise until the two rounds are completed.
