2 Hill Ascents with Partner Carry – take turns carrying up and down the hill, 5 burpees at the top.  Cradle Carry Heavy Sand Cake en lieu of Partner Carry.

 

Remainder of time

Cycle 1 for 1 heavy clean and jerk – not a race here/work the movement and don’t use a weight you can arm curl.
