1 Mile Run (add a 40 lbs weight vest for good measure)
100 Burpees
100 Squats
100 Push Ups
100 Lunges
100 Toe Touch Crunches
100 Pick Up and Press (45/25)
1 Mile Run (add a 40 lbs weight vest for good measure)

 

One Partner Works at a Time

Break the run up as a relay – switch every 400

Switch as needed on the exercises.  Do not advance to squats until you are finished with the burpees and so on…
