A membership at CrossFit HealthRidge gives you over 30 CrossFit class times a week as well as full access to HealthRidge Fitness Center.  It also includes our Boot Camp, Fight Club, Master Swim, Karate, Studio Yoga and CrossFit Kids programs.

Simply put, CrossFit is a unique strength & conditioning program designed for everyone. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity.

Kettlebell Club

You will learn how to use the kettlebell for more than just swings! You will learn how to make it a fat burning machine with tons of exercises.

Workouts are one hour in length. Which includes
warm up, mobility drills, skill work, strength
programming & complexes.
Must attend our kettlebell clinic prior to starting club workouts ($60).
You will learn the basics, including the deadlift, Russian swing,
Turkish get up & goblet squat in this four week clinic.

About the Coach: Sarah Postle began her competitive swimming career at the age of 6. During her swimming career she received The Champion of Champions award for two years and held numerous other titles and records. In 2007, she was voted ‘All Metro Swim Coach of the Year’ in 2007.
