A membership at CrossFit HealthRidge gives you over 30 CrossFit class times a week as well as full access to HealthRidge Fitness Center. It also includes our Boot Camp, Fight Club, Master Swim, Karate, Studio Yoga and CrossFit Kids programs.
Simply put, CrossFit is a unique strength & conditioning program designed for everyone. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity.
The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.
The Boot Camp Program at HealthRidge will make you sweat. It will make you work hard. It will bring you results. We know because we track your progress through a Certified Military Test.
You will learn how to use the kettlebell for more than just swings! You will learn how to make it a fat burning machine with tons of exercises.
Workouts are one hour in length. Which includes

programming & complexes.
Must attend our kettlebell clinic prior to starting club workouts ($60).
You will learn the basics, including the deadlift, Russian swing,
Turkish get up & goblet squat in this four week clinic.
The philosophy behind Fight Club at HealthRidge is simple- replicate the intense physical demands and constantly varying modalities of a fight.
