Strength: Push Jerk

10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 add weight each set until you find your 1 RM.  Take two minutes between sets.

30 Seconds Plank

30 Seconds Ground Thumper

30 Seconds Rest

30 Seconds Box Push Up

30 Seconds Floor Push Up/Ground Thumper
