Strength: Push Press Ladder with 2 Bells

4 Rounds

6 Push Press

1 Push Press

Increase the weight between 6-4-2-1 and take about 2 minutes between rounds

 

Turkish Get Up 4 Each Side (Done 1 for 1 each side) – 2 Second Pause at each Transition

 

Chain of Pain – 2 Bells

4 Rounds

1 Swing

1 Snatch

1 Clean

1 Press

 

One round would be 1 rep of each for 5-10 sets.  I.e. do 1 rep swing, 1 rep snatch, 1 rep clean and 1 rep press to equal one set.  Do 5 to 10 sets to equal a round.
