Partner 1 – Run 400
Partner 2 – Row until Partner 1 returns from the run

Partner 2 – 25 Deadlifts (135/95)
Partner 1 – Row until Partner 2 finishes the deadlifts

Partner 1 – 25 Power Cleans (135/95)
Partner 2 – Row until Partner 1 finishes the power cleans

Partner 2 – 25 Front Squats (135/95)
Partner 1 – Row until Partner 2 finishes the front squats

Partner 1 – 25 Push Jerks (135/95)
Partner 2 – Row until Partner 1 finishes the push jerks

Repeat, but have Partner 2 start with the 400 run.
