100 Curtis P Complex

Partner A: Curtis P
Partner B: Complete the Bodyweight Moment

Switch when partner B completes their first movement. (I.e. partner A starts Curtis P complex while partner B completes the 400 run; partner B then takes over the rep count where partner A finished while partner A completes the 400 run.  Continue this cycle until all 100 Curtis P reps are completed).

 

Pacing exercises in order:

400 Run
25 Push Ups
25 Pull Ups
500 Row
25 Ab Mats
25 Air Squats
100 Double Unders
25 Toes to Bar
25 Superman Extension

If you’ve completed the list, start back up at the top.  Your WOD is complete when you’ve finished 100 total Curtis Ps.
