Part 1

Max Weight Lifted in 15 Minutes

Back Squat and Strict Press. Teams must complete a minimum of 25 reps of each exercise per person within the 15 minutes. One person works, one rests. Switch as needed.

1 lb = 1 point per completed exercise; e.g. One #225 back squat = 225 points

Part 2

Max Distance Row in 9 Minutes. One person works, one rests.

Part 3

Max Weight Lifted in 8 minutes

Deadlift and Bench Press. Teams must complete a minimum of 12 reps of each exercise per person within 8 minutes. One person works, one rests. Switch as needed

 

*Rest 1 Minutes*

 

Part 4

Max distance run in 6 minutes. Run as a team.
