5 Attempts at the Following “Horsepower” Complex

7 Cycles
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Behind the Neck Push Press

Run a 200 after each attempt
then rest 3 minutes. Add more
weight each attempt.

Each time you have to put the
barbell down during an attempt
you must do 3 burpees.
