Part 1

12 minutes to establish 1 RM

1 power clean + 1 hang set. Clean + thruster + push jerk + split jerk

 

Part 2

12 minutes to establish 1 RM

1 power snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 oh squat

 

*Part 3 will take place if time remains. We will do an OTM at 60% of the above. 6 minutes of each complex. Total 14th minutes (2 minutes in the middle to switch weight)
