Buddy 1 – 400 Run at 85% Effort

Buddy 2 – Rest

Switch every 400

 

4 Minutes Rest

 

In 4 Minutes – Buddy Bench

Buddy 1 – Max Reps Bench Press (weight should be about 70% of your 1 rep max)

Buddy 2 – Spot

Switch as needed/operate off of one bar

 

4 Minutes Rest

 

In 12 Minutes – Buddy Row

Buddy 1 – 200 Meter Row

Buddy 2 – Rest

Switch every 200 Meters

 

4 Minutes Rest

 

1 Mile Run for Time
