Intermediate – 100 swings for time.  Try to do the swings unbroken
Beginner – OTM 5 – 8 Double Bell Deadlifts

Swing Drills
Intermediate – Single hand dead swings
Beginner – Single hand dead swings

Mobility
Intermediate – 2 x 5 Shoulder Mobility (Bottoms Up Rotation/Arm Bar/Side Press/Pullover)
Beginner – 2 x 5 Shoulder Mobility (Bottoms Up Rotation/Side Press/Pullover)

Intermediate – 3 x 10 Cossack Squats (no support) add a kettlebell for the final set
Beginner – 3 x 10 Cossack Squats (with support)

Strength
5 x 5 2 Bell Strict Press
Practice – Single Bell Snatch
