1st 30 seconds 2 Russian swings (53/35)

2nd 30 seconds 2 push ups

3rd 30 seconds 1 Goblet Squat (53/35)

4th 30 seconds 1 burpee

 

In each additional round add 2 more swings, 2 more push ups, 1 more goblet squat and 1 more burpee
