AMRAP 3

Partner 1 – 8 Thrusters

Partner 2 – 12 Ring Push Ups

then 1 Minute Rest

 

AMRAP 2

Partner 1 – 6 Burpees over Bar

Partner 2 – 10 Pistols

then 1 Minute Rest

 

AMRAP 1

Alternate Wall Balls every 10 Reps

then 1 Minute Rest

 

AMRAP 2

Partner 1 – 20 DUs

Partner 2 – 6 Front Rack Lunges

then 1 Minute Rest

 

AMRAP 3

Partner 1 – 6 Squat Clean Split Jerks

Partner 2 – 10 HSPU

 

One person works at a time and only completes one exercise in each couplet.  All movements can be scaled as always.
