Partner AMRAP 25

At the 10 and 17 minute mark both teammates run 400

The athlete that begins the 20 reps must complete the 20 reps and you must switch each exercise.
Example: Round 1 – Partner 1 does wall ball, sit ups, ring rows, squats and Partner 2 does kettlebell deadlifts, jumping lunges, ring dips. Round 2 would then switch with partner 2 starting with the wall ball etc…

20 KB Deadlifts (70/53)
20 Sit-ups
20 Jumping Lunges
20 Ring Rows
20 Ring Dips
20 Squats
