In teams of two (one barbell per team) lift to amass total poundage as follows:

1 point per pound for all exercises on barbell, .25 points per body weight rep

 

0:00 – 15:00

Partner 1 – Deadlift

Partner 2 – Slam Ball

 

15:01 – 30:00

Partner 1 – Clean

Partner 2 – Push Ups

 

30:01 – 45:00

Partner 1 – Snatch

Partner 2 – DU’s

 

Each round,  both partners must complete a minimum of 50 reps of each body weight exercise as a team. 

Rest as needed
