In Teams of 4 complete the following

50 Burpees (in unison)

then

40 Russian Swings (53/44)

30 Push Press (95/65)

40 Slam Balls

30 Front Squats (105/75)

then

100 Bear Crawl (relay style)

 

Athletes will start at different stations (swings/press/slams/squats) and complete the work at each station.  Athletes cannot advance until everyone on their team has completed the reps at the station they are at.  Each athlete will complete all four movements.
