100 Burpees
100 Squats
100 Push Ups
100 Walking Lunges
100 Weighted Ab Mat Sit Ups (30/14)
100 Clean and Jerks (95/65)
1 Mile Run (as a team together)

Bring a 40 lbs weight vest for the runs if you want to RX it or pre-burn your meal

One person works at a time on reps
