5 Push Ups

5 Squats

5 Walking Lunges

1 Shuttle Run (All 4 Points on the basketball court)

 

Max Distance Run in 10 Minutes with Vest or Cake

 

With a Buddy

400 Burpee Broad Jump

Buddy 1 – Burpee Broad Jump

Buddy 2 – 200 Run

Switch places after partner 2 completes 200 run. Continue this until a 400 is completed.
