2 Hill Sprints (Carry Buddy Down the Hill – Run with Sandbag if You are not Carrying a Buddy)

1.25 Mile Run with Sandbag (switch as needed)

15 Burpee Pull Ups (alt) (15 Burpees and 15 Sandbag Bent Over Rows if you cannot do a Pull Up)

30 Push Ups (apiece)

60 Squats (apiece)
