Skill Work – Turkish Get Up

Floor to Forearm

Forearm to Hand

Hand to Hip Bridge

then reverse

Working on smooth transitions from the floor to forearm posture while keeping sweep leg on the ground/packing the shoulder/good hip bridges/and reverse flow.
