30 Yard Inch Worm w/ 1 Push-Up

5 Strict Pull-Ups/10 Ring Rows

AMRAP 20

25 Meter Swim

10 Push Ups

25 Meter Swim

20 Squats

at the 10 minute mark switch from 25 meter swims to 25 meter flutter kicks
