WOD (Level 2 and 3)
5 Attempts at
Complete 7 unbroken rounds of the following:
1 Snatch Grip Deadlift
1 Hang Snatch
1 OH Squat
1 Back Squat
1 Behind the Neck Jerk

Take 3-5 minutes between
attempts and add more weight
each time. You cannot put the
bar down during an attempt.
Record the max weight used.

WOD (Level 1)
5 Attempts at
Complete 7 unbroken rounds of the following:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Back Squat
1 Behind the Neck Push Press

Take 3-5 minutes between
attempts and add more weight
each time. You cannot put the
bar down during an attempt.
Record the max weight used.
