Starting at 5 add 1 push up each minute (full depth and lock out at the top – fall to ground thumpers when you exhaust the push up).

1 Mile Sandbag Move – Cradle carry sandbag over the distance. Every time you put your sandbag down
or take it out of the cradle carry perform 6 get ups.

100 Pick Up and Press – with a buddy
200 Goblet Squats – with a buddy
800 Sandbag Move – Cradle carry sandbag over the distance. Every time you put your sandbag down
or take it out of the cradle carry perform 6 get ups.
